We use Google Drive for easy upload and download of audio files. If you do not already have a Google account, you will need to create one in order for us to share a Drive Folder with you.

Purchase the amount of minutes equal to the length of your audio. You’ll be asked to enter your email, where we will make an attempt at contacting you. Be sure to check spam or junk folders.

After you have access to the shared Google Drive Folder, you can upload your audio file. If you have specific requests, either email your engineer, or write instructions in the Google Doc.

Your engineer will start by listening to your audio all the way through and taking note of any issues. With your requests in mind, your engineer will process and upload the final product in the Drive Folder for you to download.
