Q: What processing will you do on my recording?

A: Every recording is different and therefore will require different processing. Our process begins by us listening to the full duration of your audio, and noting any issues. Common issues include harsh sibilance, resonances, clicks, background noise, loud breaths, reverberations, poor dynamics, and poor equalization. Our experienced audio engineers have hundreds of hardware and software tools at their disposal, allowing them to tackle nearly any issue they come across.

Q: Can you walk me through how I would use CVocal as a YouTube Creator?

A: Once your YouTube video has been fully edited, export an audio file containing all of the speech in the video.

A: Keep in mind CVocal is not a service for trimming down podcasts and splicing different recordings; instead we focus on making your existing recording sound professional, using industry leading techniques. However, our audio engineers are well trained and incredibly flexible. If you have a request, chances are well be able to make it happen, just let us know.

Q: How long will it take for my recording to be processed?

A: It takes us around 30 to 40 minutes to process 10 minutes of recording. This includes listening the recording, processing it, and then listening again to check for any potential errors. Depending on our volume of orders and the time recordings are uploaded, it can take us anywhere from 0 to 15 hours to begin processing your recording. Any recording not processed and returned with a day will be processed as soon as possible and fully refunded.
